Ready to book your ultimate upland hunting experience at Covey Quest? Mix and match birds from Chukar, Quail & Pheasant to make your custom package, or choose one of our prebuilt packages. We will gladly offer as many birds as you are willing to pay for to create your best hunting experience. There is no limit and no minimum on birds with the exclusion of training. Hunts Start September 15th and will run through March-April given bird availability.

Guided Hunts

$125

Our guided hunts include the services of a guide with 2-3 well-trained gun dogs to make your hunt an enjoyable, safe, and successful experience. Bird cleaning is included with guided hunts. The guide fee does not include individual bird pricing. Gratuities are not required but appreciated. Build your package of birds from the prices above. Guide Fee is per group (4 hunters or less are considered a group). More than 4 hunters can hunt at a time but you will be split into two groups with separate guides for saftey. 

Non-Guided Hunts

Bring your own dog and hunt with a $30 field usage fee + the cost of birds. You can build your own package or choose from one of the hunts below. Packages already include the field fee. The field fee is per group. A group is 4 hunters or less. More than 4 hunters will be split into two groups for safety.

Pheasant Fever-Non guided

Great for a group hunt. A non-guided hunt. 4 Hunter Max. per Hunt. This hunt includes

-20 Pheasant If there are more than 4 people we can split you into two groups for safety. Field fee is already included in this package.

Pheasant Fever-Guided

Great for a group hunt. A fully guided hunt. 4 Hunter Max. per Hunt. This hunt includes

-20 Pheasant + the guide fee. If there are more than 4 people we can split you into two groups for safety. the cost above is for one group of 4.

Training Help-Guided

$50/Hr--$125

We will gladly help with training sessions with your dog or pup.  This $50/Hr plus the cost of your birds for short sessions with young dogs and a min of 3 birds max of 4. There is a 1 hr minimum payment. Full walk-along hunts with training help will include the Guide fee of $125 plus the cost of your bird's min of 5 birds. We can provide launchers, e-collars, check cords, backing dogs, and blank guns needed for training. If you wish to work your dog we can walk along and shoot birds for you so you can focus on training your dog. We can do anything from bird intro, gun intro, tune-ups, backing/honoring, water work, etc. Reach out to us for more info. We do not offer board and train.

Bird Cleaning

$2

Bird cleaning is included on guided hunts but there is an added charge of $2/bird on non guided hunts. Birds will be cleaned and packaged in plastic bags. Bring your own cooler.
